The annual Kol Isha pre-S'lichot gathering is scheduled for Saturday,September 20, 2008 from 9:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m, just before the 11:00 p.m. S'lichot service.  The meeting will be led by Rocky Delaplaine of UnityWoods Yoga Center.  Using meditation, prayer, ritual and gentle, beginningyoga, the session will help participants clear and center their hearts,minds and spirits in preparation for the coming Days of Awe.  Everyone iswelcome, including those who would prefer only to observe the yoga portionof the session.  We will meet at the back of the sanctuary.  Please bring ayoga mat and towel.
